The Centre of Excellence for Scenario Analysis (COESA) is a joint initiative by Basinghall Analytics and Copenhagen Changery. We integrate sustainability and financial scenario analysis, advanced climate and geopolitical risk modelling, and AI-supported, data-driven insight delivered by a senior, cross-functional team across finance, climate, regulation, technology and AI. Nordic roots give us a quality-first ethos; London connectivity anchors us in global capital markets.
